Crews Environmental is a family owned and operated company specializing in all aspects of onsite wastewater treatment. Founded in 1982, Crews Environmental is dedicated to providing unparalleled levels of service to septic and grease trap owners in SWFL. In addition, we own and operate a residuals management facility to pre-treat and dispose of domestic waste in accordance with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

Can't beat the pump out price. They beat all others by easily $100+ and they have first responder/military discount as well that's why I'll continue to use Crews for all my Septic needs.

They were awesome. My septic tank was having problems on a Tuesday rainy night. And they came at 9pm and stayed under the rain cleaning my septic tank until 11pm. Nobody else would do that!! Thank you. Your guy was amazing 👏 😍 🙌 ❤️

Amazing fast service. We had one company come out. He refused to do the job because our ground was “too hard”. Crews Environmental was recommended to us. I called and got super fast service. Our technician Raul was very polite and respectful. He worked hard in the dark to get our septic tank unclogged and drained and back working properly. I will request him every time! I've always used another local septic company for my septic maintenance but received a referral to Crews Environmental from a very satisfied client. I needed a pump out and so I decided to give Crews a shot at my business. They did not disappoint! The service received was outstanding, and service tech Marcus was a gem. I called Crews Environmental 2 days ago to have my septic tank emptied. The rep (sorry, I forgot her name) was friendly, polite, and helpful. I told her that I had used Crews Environmental when I bought my home and because they were so friendly and professional back then, I wanted to use their service again. She was able to schedule me for yesterday.; however, due to the thunderstorms and concern about lightening, she called me yesterday afternoon to reschedule to Monday. However, Raul, the technician who was just here, called called me last night at 6:50pm to ask if he could come today. He just left a few minutes ago.He showed me how full the tank was when he got the cover off and before he started the vacuum. He told me that he'd let me know when it was empty so I could go see for myself that it had been completely emptied. He said he likes for people to see for themselves that he did empty the tank, rather than just assuming it was done.When Raul had emptied the tank, he asked me to flush my toilets so that he could be sure nothing was stuck in the pipes. He said if the toilets would not have flushed, he would try sticking the vacuum hose into the pipe going to the toilets and hopefully suction out whatever was blocking it. Both toilets both flushed just like normal.. He showed me the empty tank and it is completely empty.I will happily continue to use the services of Crews Environmental. It's nice to work with such professional and friendly people. To Crews Environmental: thanks for such great customer service!!!
